How long will shipping take?
We ship via USPS, which normally takes 3-7 business days to deliver after we ship it out. We ship out of San Jose, CA, so the further you are from there, the longer it may take.
When do I receive my tracking number and/or how can I check my order status?
If you purchased the tracked shipping option, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours to see movement on USPS' website after your tracking number has been created.
Once I place an order, when do you ship it out?
We ship all orders within 1-2 weeks after order completion due to the volume of orders. This does not include shipping time

- Email subject: "Address Correction + Your Order #"
- First and Last Name
- Email Used For Confirmation
- Correct Address
There is a 48-hour window in which you can make any corrections as there may be occasions in which we ship sooner than the announced processing time.
Do you charge for VAT, import taxes, etc?
No, you may have to pay import fees, VAT, etc., depending on your country.
What if I haven't received my order yet?
If you don't receive tracking info within 14 business days of your order being shipped (not purchased), contact us at mrhwaapparel@gmail.com.Please refer to your tracking info for updates on shipping as it is out of our control once we drop it off at the post office.
If you still cannot find your order after it is marked as "delivered," please check with your neighbors and local post office before reaching out to our support email. Oftentimes, the tracking site is finicky and may not always be the most accurate in tracking your order.
What if my order is marked as "return to sender"?
If it is returned to us and the shipping address was correct, we will re-ship it to you once at no additional cost. However, if the address was incorrect or there was an issue with the delivery due to an error on the customer's part, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
