I received a pin with imperfections (spots, scratches etc). What should I do?
While we do try to maintain the highest quality we can in our product, sometimes because they are handmade, there may be minor imperfections. If the issue is major, please send us an email to mrhwaapparel@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.

Are your stickers waterproof? 
Yes, our stickers are waterproof and scratch resistant, so you can put them on water bottles, laptops, notebooks, phone cases,and snowboards.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship stickers internationally, but pins are only available for shipping within the U.S. As we grow we hope to expand our international shipping to include pins. Stay tuned!
